Tracking Index Test Apparatus
for determination of the proof (PTI) and the comparative (CTI) tracking

The tracking is with the CTI value(Comparative Tracking Index) is determined and
with the PTI value (Proof Tracking Index) examined.The CTI value indicates to what
Voltage, the base material is not tracking shows, when 50 drops of a standardized
electrolyte liquid are dropped.
Measured on the surface of the specimen, with a drop every 30 seconds falls
between two platinum electrodes.The functional structure allows, by fine
Adjustment of test voltage, current limit,turn-off time, drop size number of dropsand
accurate tests make. The unit works fully automatic, the control is electronic. The
test voltage can be adjusted up to 1000 V.
Tracking index consist of two units
Power Supply Unit
include voltmeter, ammeter, delay over current relay, power connection line, button
switch and several signal indicators.;

minimum purity 99.9%, with 30 °± 2° angle tips at both ends.The tip is about

一、简介
漏电起痕测试是用于评价固体绝缘材料表面在电场和污染介质联合作用下
的耐受能力,测定其相比电痕化指数 (CTI ) 和耐电痕化指数 (PTI);
符合标准要求包括:DIN EN 60112,IEC 60335-1, IEC61058-1, IEC60065,
IEC60669-1, IEC60884-1, IEC60950-1, IEC61010-1, BS1363, IEC60598-1,
IEC60320-1, IEC60898-1, IEC60400, IEC60238, IEC60730-1, UL746A, DIN53480,
ASTM D 3638-92, VDE 0303, DIN 53480。
漏电起痕测试仪是在固体绝缘材料表面,在铂金电极规定的距离之间,施加
一电压并定时 (30s) ,滴下规定液滴(50 滴)的导电液体,用于评价固体绝缘材
料表面在电场和潮湿或污染介质联合作用下的耐漏电性能,测定其相比电痕化指
数 (CTI) 和耐电痕化指数 (PTI)。另外设备结构允许通过微调测试电压、电流
限制、关闭时间、液滴大小和液滴数量进行精确的测试。该装置为全自动电子控
制,测试电压最高可以调整到 1000V。
二、漏电起痕测试仪包含两个系统:
电气系统:电压调节及检测系统,电流检测及控制系统,电源开关系统,集成显
示及操作系统,报警指示系统;
滴液系统:包含滴液壶,滴液喷嘴,滴液计数装置,滴液控制装置,滴液体积量
具等;
•可拆卸铂电极,便于清洁、研磨或更换。电极尺寸,宽 5mm,厚 2mm 厚,纯度不低于 99.9%的铂金,两端都是 30-60°角的尖头。
•电极对样品压力可调,并能调节到(1.00N±0.001N);电极距离 4.0mm±0.01mm,
夹角 60°±5°,可通过调节支点销来调节高度。
•可拆卸滴水装置,便于清洁。带电磁阀的滴液器由三个主要部件组成,可简单
拆卸:电磁阀、溶液瓶和滴嘴。滴液器高度可调节,滴嘴可拆卸清洗或更换。
•溶液瓶是透明的,以确保内容物清晰可见;它有水平标记,便于操作;也可以
拆卸气缸进行清洁。
•LED 灯安装在滴水装置内,可更轻松地精确调整机械参数
•测试室透明门可进行观察测试。
•测试室安全保护系统-安全门打开时,测试和高压输出会停止。
•样品台:样品台升降调节系统,玻璃板,总厚度≥4mm
三、技术参数:
